Second farewell tour in one week? Yikes!
It’s true. Straight Reads The Line had called it quits just over a month ago but decided to give fans one last chance to prove how crazy they can get. I’ve never seen Sneaky Dee’s so drenched in beer and water before, I thought the crowd was going to drown. This was not a night to disappoint, even with gym shorts down. SRTL brought good friends Kingdoms (who are joining them for the better half of SRTL’s final tour) as well as Lifestory:Monologue, Heritage and Raid For Blood Diamonds.
If you want to see SRTL one last time, be sure to grab a ticket to a city near you (or far) as they are all going fast. A second show has even been added as their final FINAL show at The Casbah in Hamilton. I’ll see you there.
Thanks for the beer covered camera guys… it’ll be a show I never forget!

Here are a couple shots from Between The Buried And Me at the Opera House. This was their SOLD OUT Toronto stop supporting their new album “The Great Misdirect” which was released on October 27th, 2009. They also shared the stage with Cynic, Devin Townsend and Scale the Summit.
Venue: The Hive
City: Kitchener
Date: December 22th/09
The lead singer of Kingdoms, Hutton, felt the Kitchener/Waterloo area had lost touch with it’s music roots concerning smaller, less expensive and more intimate shows. Therefore a bar’s basement, with a capacity for 80 people, was booked for a Kingdoms’ Christmas Show. Kingdoms’ shared the stage with good friends Lifestory:Monologue, Baptized in Blood and Counterparts.
Venue: The MOD Club
City: Toronto

My third show at the MOD Club this week… wow!
Anyways, here is Protest the Hero’s SOLD OUT Toronto stop on their headlining Canadian Tour with special guests Kingdoms, Assassinate the Following and Abandon all Ships.
